April 20! Mom snags a huge Carp!

A torrential rainstorm flooded the golf course overnight, stranding a few carp in shallow water on the golf course. The course was closed because of flooding, so I put on my rain boots and took a walk.  I found the carp first, surrounded by Vultures. But soon, both parent eagles appeard. The carp was too heavy for the first one, so the second one flew in and grabbed it, although it had some difficulty also. I' am guessing this was the "Mom" eagle. She flew off and the babes ate a large dinner!
